Our Barnard Castle Treasure hunt starts at the Tourist Information Centre , Flatts Road, Barnard Castle, DL12 8AA
The treasure hunt will take you and your guests on a walk around the area seeing things they would normally just walk straight past learning a bit about the area and most of all having fun.
Our group hunt packs contain all the necessary elements you need to run your treasure hunt including maps, clues, answer sheet, and tips on how to get things going. No prior knowledge of the area is necessary as you are given directions and all the clues are solved along the way by observation.
We would recommend a hunt will take a minimum of two hours to complete depending on the ages and size of the groups. You may also like to arrange for everyone to meet back at a nearby café or restaurant for a bite to eat afterwards to mark the answers and see who got the highest scores and of course cake too where appropriate :0)
